Veteran Cricket Association of Assam(VCAA) has decided not to organize 22nd Foundation Day and Cricketers Award Nite, 2020 due to Coronavirus outbreak. Also the 2nd Prof. Umesh Chandra Sarma Memorial Lecture 2020 which the association organize every year in the month of October got cancelled this year due to Pandemic. The General secretary of Veteran Cricket association of Assam Nasir Gul Khan announced it in a press release sent to the media outlets.
